We are committed to providing safe and diverse food options for people with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. We offer two categories of products: certified gluten-free products and natural products.

Natural products refer to foods that are unprocessed or minimally processed. These products may contain trace amounts of gluten and are therefore not safe for individuals who are highly sensitive to trace gluten. We eat and evaluate these products, and if they are deemed safe, they are labeled “No Wheat”.  Over time, more products will be evaluated and labeled as “No Wheat”.

We follow our own food safety standards, which are stricter than those of Health Canada. To prevent cross-contact between gluten-free products and products that may contain trace amounts of gluten, each category is handled in separate packaging areas.
